Our aim is to see you leave our clinic in less pain and with more movement than when you arrived. We also specialize in remedial massage, lymphatic drainage (MLD), & oncology massage.

I think myotherapy is a wonderful and effective treatment when suffering from aches, pain & muscle tightness. Dry needling gives me amazing results and Natasha also gives advice on exercises for me to do at home, which I find really helpful. Natasha works her magic with gentleness and has a thorough understanding of how the body functions.

I came to Natasha for a hip issue which included pain, tightness & I couldn't move it well. Through her assessment, Natasha discovered a weakness in one of my hip/glute muscles. She then treated me with massage and dry needling and I was surprised to find afterwards I had so much more movement! She gave me some exercises for home and my hip is continuing to get stronger everyday. so happy!

I had been suffering from sinus congestion for 4 weeks prior to my first lymphatic treatment. My nose was blocked, and I was constantly blowing it to help drain the mucus. I also felt quite "heady" a lot of the time. After my lymphatic massage, which Natasha tailored to my symptoms, my sinuses started feeling clearer and draining better That night breathing through my nose was easier and the congestion in my sinuses decreased. A week ago, I had a second lymphatic massage, and my sinuses still feel clear! I've found lymphatic massage to be a very effective treatment and also highly relaxing!
